with a core of that length aren't you likely to get good cooling at one end then as the water heats up as it moves through end up with bugger all cooling at the other end ?

Yep thats why there are actually 2 cores there, one flowing one way and the other the other way ;)

soooooo wouldn't that mean you're going to end up reheating the air at 1 end of the 2nd core ?

2 separate systems, think of it as 2 intercoolers ;)

Whereby you're meaning one way airflow and two seperate water paths or are you splitting the airflow up instead or as well.

Nah just the 1 way airflow, i want to keep the intake run as physically short as possible so i dont lose any response.
