There was some awsome drives on the weekend, like Mark in the Defender getting it up past the tree and back down .. I think more for the young fella that was in the passenger side because he lost a thousand points doing reverses to make it happen.
and Chris in the Suzi other wise knowen as juniour driving the same track. 1 of only 2 cars to drive the track and he did it on a blowen front flat tyre for half of the track and nearly putting it on its side twice. His navi Nicholas is a machine,, shifting more logs and rocks than most excavators do in a day.
and Brendo in the pretty blue Hilux driving 600 k to get to the comp and taking out first spot in his first comp. Gotta be happy with that..
and Stephen in the 80 series in standard class for putting on a show every time he hit a track..I think he though he was at a burn out comp most of the time..
.
Thanks again for those that allowed the raffle ticket winners to ride in ya truck.. I know theres a young fella who is going to buy a thousand dollars worth of tickets at round 3 so he can ride in the Defender again..
.
A big thanks to those that helped lend parts and fix trucks to people they didnt even know.. like Brendo and co..
.
See you at round 3.. from the TEAM..
