I read it fine mate. Maybe they would warranty it, maybe it was just a poorly made one by the apprentice, maybe they had a bad batch, maybe it's worth giving them a call to see what they can do to rectify the issues, maybe its worth calling them before you spend anymore money trying to fix something they might try and fix for nothing.
