im just looking at it from a burst pipe, rollover point of view and it looks as tough it would spray all over the driver/passenger.

I think the como v6 is a good move, the l28 is a heap of shit and knowing that you only paid 1100 for it i would say it is good buying.

its either going in side the cage or having tube work around it....

and my MQ t case is good for 1 thing addapting a diffrent gear box...

It needs to be fitted an an area that it cant possibly be damaged in a roll and above your head no matter how much you protect it from bar work it is likely your going to have a real hot shower.

And the MQ transfer realy isnt good for anything other than easy adaption. There are no aftermarket gearing options available. And with a Comodore V6 and Turbo 700 your going to need lower transfer case gears.

As long as you can get it back behind the seats by about 100-150mm it will work fine in a crawler. Mine has about 100 at the top and 250 at the bottom. The firewall behind my seats is mounted on an angle. Also with the radiator up as high as yours is the stock waterpump will struggle to flow the water.

ill would have to run 2 water pumps 1 at the engine then 1 at the radator coult i lay it flat?

is you are going to run an auto i would look at getting something that will fit in between the seats and the fuel cell with a built in trans cooler. on a side note, ruff why didnt you use the AU cooler?
doing this you can get a later model alloy radiator with thermos that are made to fit and it will look more neat and tidy. there seems to be alot of room behind the fuel tank, maybe move it back. i think this would be good also as there seems to be very little weight over the back wheels and would spread the weight more evenly as the v6 is a heavy motor.
