i agree with suzuki viagra , it must be your driving style , that hill looked pretty easy (although photos can be very decieving ) . i am locked both ends with 31's 5.12 r/p and s1 r/h and do a fair bit on rocks and have never (touch wood) done either an axle or cv and i run my tyres around 10psi .
i reakon most breakages is due to style , in saying that how many people have gone to bigger diffs before ever breaking an axle or cv?
as for you antt replacement with bigger stronger items seems more than warranted either that or learn to drive

it must be your drivin stye antt cos the melb dudes reckon u can run 40's with out breakin on suzuki stuff so it just must be the driving style
i wouldnt put it down to fatigue or the shockload of the lockright kickin in or all the weight on the rear wheels and sliding into a bank none of that stuff would break it
yes i am just stirring

yes, i've decided against the toy gear and i'm gonna get some lj80 axles to run my 49inch iroks on them.........hold on, i dont live in victoria........thank god
and i agree with your second paragraph. the hill is much steeper than it looks, and it slide into the bank with some force.
zuk stuff is still weak shit if you want to run decent tires

all of what you say could be a contributing factor Tim but my ezylocker kickin in and slippinginto ruts ect have yet to break mine , and antt seems to break cv's pretty easily to and i believe it is unlocked in the front .
when it all comes down to it antts driving style fatigued his axles
