i cant find mouseballs anywhere, everywhere (uni etc.) has optical mouses now, so they're no good.

not sure what i'm gonna run in em yet

If you want something with less noise than golf balls, get some solid core golf balls and cut the covers off them, they are urethane on the inside and with no more hard plastic cover on the outside it should be the go. I reckon you would get away with a dozen balls for all four tyres.

i have a female mouse (optical) but you might try a few coputer shops they might have a few busted mice lieing around.
