ok my reason for having a spring lift of over 4" is i need the underbelly clearance, 50% of the tracks and lines i like to drive at ormeau would be undrivable if my trucks spring lift was 2" lower. I have dents in my chassis from it hittin on sum of the large step ups I have driven, I can recall getting hard rubbing on a step and abit of speed was involvedto get me up and over, if my truck was any lower i would have had no hope.

I like rock and undulated terrain, I dont like mud or huge side slopes, If your not gonna be crawling over big arserocks or large sharp stepsand shiznit dont bother with any spring lift over 2", and maybe 2" body lift. But if you are into big pointy boulders then 4" is a must, but at the same time you gosta be careful.

Spacers - hmmm. That's an interesting idea, however I imagine the down side is less down-ward articulation?

I have to admit I am finding again all the annoying points for LR's, eg the difficulty to even fit my extractors! I mean, NOTHING is ever simple on these damn things

Including suspension lifts!
