As I said yesterday Cheezy, work at the moment makes it really hard for me to get to meetings during the week, but I am still on holidays for the 10th so I will definatly be there.

Would like to be there but that time is to early for me, also wont be able to do anything for the rest of this month but would like to do stuff when im available. hope all works out and a better time is sorted out.

Get everyone who turns up to sign in and leave contact details (e-mail and phone) so we can start getting a contacts list together.

Maybe have a form for people to fill out. or maybe have one ready today for people to fillout and hand in, so theres no waiting.
plenty of pens/pencils are also a good idea for that reason.

a website is being organised as we speak and should be up and running in the next day or two. I am just waiting for the domain name registration to go through.
I will post the full address here once i have it up and running.

good stuff matt, i have been checking to see if a page appears but not yet. have you compiled all the names etc yet? coz i havent received and email as of yet.

nah not yet
i didnt get home until nearly midnight.
a basic site is up. domain registration went through today around 2pm. it can take 2-3 days to propogate. once i start seeing it through a couple of the major ISP's i will publish the URL.
I am compiling the memberlist tonight and will setup a mail distribution list once i have done it.

For those that are interested, next meeting is next week.
Tuesday 18th, I think we decided 8pm but someone will correct me if that is wrong.
Until further notice, meetings are 3rd Tuesday of the month @ Cheezy's factory until another venue is sorted.
