We would like to do this but it is a major PITA it just cost us approx $800 just in materials to build these moulds and it was a lot of work getting the guards we flopped the mould from right before making the mould.
To make a set of guards with the provition for a snorkle we would have to have orders and deposits for at least 10 guards to make it viable.

Not sure yet Chris maybe space it off the floor a little or just bend the leaver. I dont think it will be too much hassel. You dont cut where it bolts to the floor anyway.

is that the floor pivot one? they are not hard to convert to pivot from the bar anyways.

did you butt weld the new sheet on or is there some overlap?
and that's got some additional weld seal stuff as well under the fresh paint right?

It was over lapped and welded on both sides.
And thats not paint its a rubberised sealant.
