hey i know have full central locking kit in my car, the back motor is in sight but thats ok it still works. now i can be lazyier than ever, i know its is not easy but i am trying to be lazy, hehe j.k

anyway to my next project, undercar neons

By saying that you would also intend that having a good stereo in a 4x4 is wrong, I’m not sure about you mickyd, but I know for sure that Adam, (bad r) likes good stereos, just because neon’s are found mainly on rice cars along with good stereos, does not mean that you can't have them on 4x4's or any other car for that matter, being different is deemed not ok I guess, no one has neon’s on a troopy, why cant they start? so every one has to have a generic car, if someone put a civic shell on a suzies drive train, I’m sure a lot of people in the 4x4 world would be like that looks freaky but think its cool. But people that like civics for the car they are wouldn’t like it because they see it to be blasphemous towards the civic, to me everyone is entitled to do to there car what they see fit. You guys may not like neon’s and that is fine by me if you have your opinion, and express it as well I’m all for that.

this little rant came about because every one is always telling me that neons are not for troopy's but then again neons do the same thing on a troopy or a 2wd.

dunno how long your neons would last off the tar though... maybe cable tie them on so you can cut them off if need be

i critisize neons for a number of reasons, they are wanky on 2wd as well, a good stereo (not necissarily a loud one) is quantifiable as it makes a difference to the comfort or ability of the car to eat up distances... the drone of a 2f or a H diesel between melbourne and adelaide would send you insane. neons are merely cop magnets.

BUT i'm not spending on my stereo till the rest of the car is up to scratch. my headunits fawked, but i'm not replacing it till i do the springs etc. and i know how much stuff is left to do on your rig.

i think if you put neons on a forby, its gonna be too high of the ground to "wash" the road with ligh like it does out the bottem of a civic thats been dropped on its nuts..... and wouldnt you rather spend the money on something thats gonna get you somewhere you couldnt go b4.....are you gonna show your troopy? if not, you shouldnt have them anyway, you cant use them on the road. and there gonna look dicky anyway.......
