settle down kids, the only problem with a rotor in a buggy is the huge rev range but that can be fixed with a hi stall converter and gears, otherwise you have a light weight motor that can have a good power out put given the right tuning. now all you need is hydro drive for any amountt of articlation you like.

good for looks at the lights but a PP?

lets hope he has alot of transfer cases and know someone who'll clear the defects.

very cool though, should have left it in the RX3

With a power band that starts at 8000rpm and an avg idle of about 2000rpm i can se it working anywhere but on the track.

thats why i took it out
the lemanns pp is really different porting compared to a std pp. ports and injection nozzles are moved higher up the housing on a 20deg angle, this decreases overlap and give a fatter lower torque curve, rather than a peaky high hp engine. on an engine dyno it made 330hp @8750 and 210ft/lbs of torque @4600. funny note is it made more torque at idle than my old g13b flat out.
chris, i made an adapter for 12a rx7 B/Housing to powerglide, i will see if its still in the shed. and i think i still have my 5000rpm MELVA convertor. of my glide.
