Yeah, I have never owned any lockers in any of my trucks but feel I can get away without them to begin with.
I guess I'm basing this on competitions that I've attended and also competed in. I've seen where they are beneficial and where they aren't.
I feel that I have the capability to reverse the front diff housing over from RHS to LHS.
In terms of using Pajero stuff, It's because I have experience with it and don't want to follow the same path as everyone else out there.
Perhaps I'll learn the hard way........who knows.
In regards to the gearing on Pajeros not being particularly low, Rob (BJ on roids) used to run 42's on standard gearing on his 40 series cruiser without too many issues. I'm planning on only running 37's so don't feel that ultra-low gearing is the be all and end all. (If you know what I mean).
