Go The Nissan

Post by RUFF GQ »

Well She Aint Much But She'll Do.

Started life as an old couples car for towing a caravan. Basically a 1989 Nissan Patrol GQ Long Wheel Base TD42.

In the photo its got 2" springs and 33" mtr's.

Now it has 4" springs, rancho 5way adjustables (ranchos are crap), adjustable panhard arms and pretty red diffs (got bored with a paint brush), cut guards front and rear with modified sulo bin flares (they work a treat), modified sills (under the doors) DAMN ROCKS, chopped rear quaters, GPS and fluffy dice.

Soon it will have 37" mtr's and 2" body lift.

Future plans are to cut the rear quaters completely off, basically 150mm below rear windows and replaced with bar work, rear rock bar, front bullbar with brush bars, chopping the sills out and replacing with square steel (reinforced of course) then side rock bars. Going nuts with rock lights, two smooth buttons (diff locks), diff gears and last but not least a BIG snail (turbo) with a engine rebuild.
