Just on your cable pegs. Might need a rethink on the design. As I am sure the rules are going to be or have been changed. With regards to pegs. They need to have a minium radius bend in them to prevent people being impaled on them if they slip and fall. All though this injury hasnt happened yet as far as I know. there is a real potentional for it to happen.
You will have to fine tune the bar a bit to comply with ADR, the prongs on the front for the cable, gotta go, have them removable and supply them "FOR OFFROAD USE ONLY". The bar itself must be lowered to gain correct angle for the headlight 15 degrees from the bottom of the lens I think from memery. Side plate must have no sharp edges but by the sounds of it wrap arounds looks like it's the go anyway.
Good on you for giving it a go, us engineers aren't paid what we're worth these days, most tradies get more with overtime.
Go to see your using FEA on the design most bar manufacturer's wouldn't be.
Not sure on the requirements to be airbag compatible would be worth a look.
I've tossed around costing out Stainless sliders recently as a commerical venture but does anyone what to pay $1000 a set.

(a) all 4 spot lights
(b) spikes to hold winch hook (looks like they are forward of the front profile of the bar, must be behind to be legal.
(c) side plates are probably a gray area.
The basic rule is that there can be no "protrusions" forward or above the profile of the bar (except CB aerials), and no "sharp" corners - See P10.
not that im going to bring the bullbar thing up but dude lets face it.
the bar looks good and if your going to hit anyone then a spike or two on the way threw is just going to finish the job so they dont end up suing ya arse
and if your worryed about it then make them silde in . myself i dont like rap around it just gives the trees something to grab hold of
