best place to start is to find yourself a high pinion front centre and a low pinion rear in the same ratio...
next, call up jacmac and order your parts
next, get some cv's... either standard hilux or strengthened/modified ones
next, pull your spindles and swivels off and get them machined...
next, bolt it all together...

pretty straight forward... there is a write up with pics on pirate in the Rover section at the moment
