I have a 97 80 series Multivalve turbo diesel 1HD-FT with 354,000 kms and going strong, no sign of oil leaks either.

LN106R 240,000kms & STILL A BOAT ANCHOR.

A Perfectly running boat anchor but and anchor non the less =D

Well... that's lies..the seal on the water pump has started to leak but I don't really thinks that counts. The 4 banger ran fine with out water for hell knows how long and is still going strong. It'll never die.

Time to accept defeat and sell it off as working or the V8 swap will never happen.

430 000 on the 60 series old 2H, despite my best attempts to kill it and tell the missus i need a 12HT :) I bought it at just about 305000, and since i've only had to do a thermostat, rip out the gearbox to change the idler bearing/shaft, and fix an oil cooler seal. otherwise runs well.

Mighty Tojo :)

G'day,

My 89 hilux ticked over 300,000 on the weekend as well and the light came on. I had the fuel pump rebuilt at around 275,000 and they did the timing belt then as well. So i dont need to replace it yet, is there anyway you can just turn the light off?
