OK for anyone in my neck of the woods (Western Brissy/Ipswich in QLD), I got mine made at Baileys Brake and Clutch: http://www.baileys.net.au/

I got all three made up at 4" extended, out of stainless steel braid, with the clear plastic tube outside of the braid (required to be legal on braided lines). This came to $75 total including some brake fluid. Its worth noting everytime I go there they overquote me by about $15-$20, then when I go to pay it comes in cheaper.

I know this is old, but it's in the bible so i figured i should post. I recently fitted some 92 swift bake lines to my car. They actually measure about 8" longer so i was quite worried. After putting them on and ramping up the car, the little clip in the middle of the line (which steve mentioned earlier) actually got caught between the inside of the rim and the brake calliper. I've since set up a little cradle with some zipties to get it out of the way, but will be buying some proper ones as soon as i have the money. Althought this would probably only occur when articulating and not a high speeds, it's still a bit worrying.
Long story short, dont do it!
