GQ diffs and crossmembers, long wheel base sierra chassis rails, 38.5's, marlin crawler, v6 dunnydore and auto. Tailshaft angles are better than a standard gq shorty.

It really depends on the type of terrian being covered.. Some of you may have chatted to Sky ( http://www.sky-manufacturing.com/welcome.htm ) basically they look to run allot of similar type terrain to what we down in Victoria see .. with suitably braced T/case arms and T.case housing they run Toy diffs, 4.3 chev V6's and 38's through GRS 2 T/cases (4.89 gears).

Supposedly they suffer very few T/Case failures as the gears are stronger than the T/Case housing whith the T/case arms joined together cradleing the housing and taking allot of the torque load they hold up OK.
