If you're going to get extended sway bars, do you have to pull the whole sway bar off when off roading or just the extensions?

My Sway bars are currently off and i want them in for the drive from sydney to Brisbane. Drove down without them. Rather them back on for long drives.

Thought I'd update my own post............I've pulled the swaybar off and quite honestly it drives just fine, slightly more body roll, but hey when your previous vehicle was a Land Rover Pretender, anything feels good! Seriously though I'm pretty happy with the way it drives sans swaybar........so far.....

Will see how much better it flexes up in the Wattagans this weekend :)

Thanks for all ur responses.

i Can't find anyone in Sydney who do the extended links.
They mostly have the extended quick disconnects.

i've tried snake racing, Mannels, Arb, Big balls, Tjm

Im out of ideas.

opposite lock will do them for you, or as somebody already said, pretty much any suspension shop.

But its not something you buy off the shelf, they have to make them up.

I'm glad I didn't bother now tho..........just pull the sway bar off........no probs
