Tiny's right.

Need to jerry rig a wedge or something to see if it improves the situation, I now have all new rod ends for the drag link and tie rod.

Will put those on first then play with caster.

I had the same problem with my zook,the lower the speed the more scarier the wobbles.Was going to the shop when it started, felt like the wheel was falling off.Couldnt keep in a straight line and had a fear of being pulled over as there was a cop car behind me all the way.
After making it home in 1 piece and pulling it apart, found the problem: wheel Bearing was barely attached to anything It somehow 'wobbled' its way out

Scary, Cop pulled me over the other day for a 'Random Breath Test', and I was trying real hard to hold onto the steering wheel.

Wheel bearings are all good as we checked them all the other night when we did the C & R

That WAS my daily driver, it's been sold now.

Need to change my Avatar but no pics of the 40 in action yet, well at least not on 4 wheels any way.

Looks like most of the wobbles have gone

I still need to take some caster out but can only find one wedge at the moment. Screwy has my other set to try and cure the wobbles on the MQ for engineers.

For the record I changed:

- Both Draglink Ends
- Replaced Tie Rod Totally (Dood at the tyre place suggested that flex in the tie rod with the big tyres could be causing some of the problem)
- Adjusted the steering damper right up.

Shackle bushes were done the other day so I will drive home tonight and see how it goes, caster wedges will go in still when I can find them.

I forgot to say i had had people suggest U bolts but they were tight on mine, TRE - they are nackered but changing that soonish, Wheel bearing- seemed fine...

tie rod ands and drgling ends and now just play with the castor and the wobles should be goooone..........the thinies in the beast look piss funnay, if only I had my camera last night
