i dont know a great deal about 4wd tyres, first impressions of the Maxis tyre is that i like the look of them. the rubber feels a little soft to me (well for what i would think of a 4wd tyre), it will be interesting to see how they wear with all the hi way driving i do. i better hurry up and get a new track rod and replace the pittman arm to help make them last longer.
on the road they are a quiet tyre, more so than the goodyear's where.

The rubber on my Coopers is very soft but they've done over 20000km and are wearing well. The tread pattern of yours is a bit similar too.

the tread on those tyres dont seem to be that chunky compared to my BFG A/T's
what are they like for offroading?

yes they do too murcod.
senergy, yea they arent as chunky as some of different brands i looked at. the only off road i've done so far is the 10km of gravel road i travel on in my trip to town (work) and home. i might be out the beach and the sand mines on sunday if i dont wake up with too big a hangover sunday morning (got a wedding to attend).
