IMHO = who cares if your Opinion is Humble! its your opinion isn't it?
so IMO it a waste of a H
Is this the beast with the exhaust running through the chassis..? How does that work for over all power at the MO...? I cant believe it is road registered.
so after all the options the only thing that we could get done in time for the nissan trials was a standard vitara muti valve 1600 injected engine swap.
fortunately it has turned out ot be perfect with heaps of power to get it out of low low and i can finally get some speed up with it to drive in low range gearing and high like most standard cars.
very happy with the it and nissan trials.
Got it from QLD for $1,400 with 120,000 klms if anyone else wants to get hold of one.
The V8 would be too much and i think it will break too many parts. i'll stick with the 4 banger.
people were telling me you had some sr20det in it but i pocked my head into the non existent inner guards and what do i see but a 16valver. Mate i only saw you drive the stair case but i could have sworn it was manual. The new donk really sounder like it makes all the difference.

thats what i think now about the v8 but before when i had the 1300 with carby, no exhaust and LPG which was pushing out about 20kwts i thought i needed a v8 to get it to perform.
the 1600 being 78 kwt or so is just perfect and it keeps it all simple and light
The Zooks over all on the weekend did kick a bit of ass didn't they... GO the ZOOKS

the 1600 is so sensitive. every little bump through my foot and the motor is responding. hard to keep it smooth on the rough tracks. but a responsive engine is a good one

well2 out of 4 is pretty sweet. i'll be doing We Rock on the 19th & 20th and Woodpecker on the 27th so if we the Zooks can take a place or 2 there it will be great.

I found the same with my 1600, very twitchy. But I did find that if I pushed my foot outwards against the side of the body and while on the accelerator, than i could keep everything a lot smoother.
