Ahhh so now it all makes sense. See a little more info and it becomes clearer. These are just proposed laws ans as such haven't been approved yet. They may take years to happen or months, however, if you can get your car engineered now it will be legal now. It may also still be legal when the new laws come out. There will have to be some provisions to cover people who have done the right thing and followed the letter of the law. Definetl a smarter idea to get it done when you can
