Let me know if we can help....we just built a pump for a bloke in Wellington, but then he found out his engine is knackered and is going to a V8 now.
Pump has 12mm plunger, worked internals, aneroid etc.....set up for comps. It cost him $1750 for the pump, plus $480 for rebuilt injectors. I'm sure he'd be keen to get some of his money back?
Ring me on 027 241 3084 if you want me to chase it.
Cheers
Mitch

Morkz, Im picking up what your putting down about JPC. As you say Diesel Tec- Andrew has been a great help- hes pump work is well priced too and is getting some pretty good results.
Mitch, Wish I had Logged on earlier, as I have said go ahead with the pump work just now . Although I may be intersted in the injectors if he wants to get rid of them?? could you PM a price?
Anyhow I should have some power readings for you guys in 2 weeks, fingers crossed

OKay this is a grave dig, I'm keen to know who has done this mod and how it has turned out. I am in the process of fitting a turbo set up and incidentally have a Holley Blue pump sitting on the shelf, so I'm thinking of putting the both of them under the bonnet.
Anyone got any more info? Should I use a surge tank?

i am also interested. i have a late model pump with a 12mm plunger etc aneroid and heaps of timing.
would it be worth my effort and $ to add a pump.
ps mine does not have any hesitations etc but cheap power is cheap power

I ran a Carter/federal mogel on my truck.
Pretty sure Autobahn can get them or your local speed shop who has a rocket industries account.
Mount down near the fuel tank and i ran 1/2 line all the way to the injector pump.
Cheers Heath.
