Sorry for the quick thread hijack....but I think this looks really cool, and would love to do it to my zook when it comes time to do the cage....BUT, if you do this to your cage does it effect any CCDA rules with regard to approved cages?? I guess it would make it all stronger if anything, but welding along the main hoop, is that ok?

I've read the rules a phew times, but it doesn't mention anything about this sought of stuff, I guess cause it's not that common.... :?

Have you thought about mounting them on the tray then? Only thing with them there is that they would be prone to damage, pop one and you'll see what i mean.

yeah i will keep one in the cab.. in real life you will see they are not realy in the way. jsut hard to make out i nthe pics.
