I've got the evil front end. Lifted about 2 inches by cranking the bars. This leaves less than ideal steering geometry. I've put the bump steer there now I've got to deal with it.
only got a small power steering unit and it will help when i hit something cos ill be hittin it harder and faster once the turbo is fitted plus very BLING BLING

Not really, I put 2 on my wagon in the early days to prevent patrol shimmy - just didn't bother taking them off. Because of the ratio advantage, most small movement was still evident in the damper bushes. Although, for you Jake, it may save some wear and tear on your steering box.
yeah i dont mind the small bumps its them ones thats rip the wheel outta ya hands you gotta watch

No need too go duel dampeners as there is a new RTC dampener made by 4 way suspension that is around 700mm long and 80mm diameter, ( looks like a coil over shock) we sell them in the shop and have one too see.
NOW ABLE TOO SAY WHAT I WANT WITHOUT FEAR OF LOOSING SALES.
The person who says it cannot be done should not interrupt the person doing it.
Since going to crossover (had both welded arm setup and hi-steer) on my hilux, I've never used or needed a steering damper. I can't see why they're so necessary
