Nah, that's for the entire tensioner assy (arm with spring and pulley) and the a/c pulley assy. Not just the bearings!

I am lucky enough to have one of each engine in my two RRC's
The 200Tdi is in a manual '87 four door and was a factory retro. It runs about 150bhp and not far off 300ft/lb. Pump tuning, mahoosive 'cooler, hi-flow exhaust, up graded injectors blah blah blah. It has done about 40K miles in this tune and sees a bout 35mpg average
The 300Tdi is in a '93 auto and is also a factory retrofit with a mere 39K miles on the clock. It runs about 145bhp and abou 285ft/lb. Pump tweeks, exhaust, twin coolers and a modded turbo... It gets about 30mpg on average
I work on Tdi's more than any other engine, in Defnder, Disco and RRC and I would say that a 200 has the edge in standard form and in reliability. But only just - they are both damn good engines.
By the way I don't think LR were telling the truth in the performance figures. Having blown all those bucks on modding the 300, they needed justification. If you compare a bog standard 200 with a bog 300, the 200 always has a bit more grunt and a bit more ooomf
