by making the shackle angle more vertical using longer shackles you actually make the suspension harder.less vertical=softer.
don't forget longer shackles on standard mounts will decrease downwards
travel.

The most flex i've seen out of a swb leafed zook- on the right
Only pic i have atm.
It achieves more than this, but the 39.5in TSL was not high enough to get it to full flex.
It has Climax shackles (
i think)

But have a look at how much flatter the one on the left is sitting ... as it is working the fronts and rears pretty evenly..

yep no front flex but lots of rear flex, just whhat you want in a small vehicle, actually in any vehicle

Without seeing it in person and it flexing "all round", i agree, pics don't do it justice
i'm amazed at how stable it is overall.

99% sure he is running the superior engineering drop shackles unless he has changed since easter or i was under another car

Its not just the shackles that give the blue one that much flex! its also the fact its got the shocks on more of an angle and probably longer wich helps.
