So as far as misinformation goes Im glad I atleast got it right. I spoke to mark last week about it all aswell and have mine booked in for december, how i'm gonna finance it I have no idea!!

Is that COOL or what ?
Gonna email Mark tonight make a preliminary booking and see if I can see him personaly for a bit more info I'd like.

dirty;
According to the media and Fed Govt info, they
ARE gonna add the 38cents tax that's currently on petrol and diesel to lpg,
THERE'S BEEN NO SECRET OF THAT.It's claimed the FULL impact of said increase will not be fully felt until 2012 as it's supposed to be imposed incrementaly over a period of time.
Again, info on this issue, is
READILY AVAILABLE for anyone to find, should they be interested.
As for me, 2012 is a long way away and I'm probably gonna change out my current set of wheels by then anyway, plus a host of other events will also probably intervene by then as well.
So let's not get ourselves all to worked up over this issue, keep cool and keep motoring on Eh ?

The clear and readily available info is that by 2012, the excise will rise to 12.5 cents, at a rate of 2.5 cents a year. Not 38 cents. If a 38 cent excise is introduced it would be a total change in policy.
I guess it could happen, but it would look pretty shonky now that Howard has paid everyone to switch to gas.

if it's on a turbo does this mean the gas fumigation is on the air filter side of the turbo?? is it dangerous to have gas and air going thru a hot turbo and a cooler?? also i have heard that there is not much of a margin for error as far as tuning goes?? a diesel mech told me it was too much of a fine line and hard to tune. i'm all up for more performance gains and couldn't give two f@#ks about economy but i dont want a big hole in the side of my block!! has anyone done this and got good engine life?? does it mess with combustion and exhaust temps?? i'm already walking a fine line and don't want to push my luck too far!
