factorry wastegate set at 5.7psi, b.o.v is at 9-11psi give or take due to age and wear of componants.
so to increase boost and gain power you would have to shorten wastegate actuator rod, block off (or replace with higher rated) blow off valve, and increase fuel pressure, a little!!.
increasing boost will only lower egt's, power gains will be minimal unless fuel match's, that simple
