Yeah I saw that too and actually toyed with the idea of ordering one...........for about 5 minutes. Thats how long it took me to find out that 1 switch in AU$ is about $15 then you have about $35 in freight on top of that. Makes it a little expensive even though they are a sexy switch (if that turns you on (excuse the pun)). I did a little search and found out that Carling Technologies make a switch that looks exactly like the ARB ones (I'd assume ARB buy them from Carling Tech). Its called a V-Series Contura II. I then found the Australian distributor in WA called Amelec Marine Sales.evil_hitman wrote:Care to share? as i am looking round for a supplier in aus if possible.RAY185 wrote: Oh and on another note I found a supplier for ARB style rocker switches (exactly the same but without the locker symbols) to use for OBA.
Only one i have is similar to the arb ones (same size but switch cover not the same)

They put me onto a wholesaler in Bris who can supply a blank switch (with the illuminated panels like the ARB switch) for just over $10 each. They are called Sam Allen Wholesale. The switches are on page 3 of this pdf.

They are listed as V-SERIES CONTURA II Rocker Switch with Red Square Lens & Indicators. There are a handful of switches that have symbols on them but nothing I could relate to using for OBA so I opted to get the blank one and make a sticker for it at some stage. They are designed for marine use and are therefore waterproof. You can choose between 12 volt and 24 volt to suit your needs. I'm going around there today to pick my switch up, I'll let you know how I go.
