i was in vegas for halloween just passed and can safely say studio 54 was awesome 
with 50 other contiki's ... as for dress code i got let in in pluggers- jail bird costume and an oversize novelty nemo fish hat 
i was was one sexi jail bird...... special occasion obviously..
