choppa1978, you got any pics of the jobs you have done, which manifold do you recommend as I am looking at this option myself.

Do you up the fuel on the pump or mod it also?

Do you use an Intercooler?

What do you use for an Airfilter?

choppa, i'm very close to getting a kit for mine and have been looking closly at the mike vine kit. what does he charge you for the kit, and whats included?

I had the pleasure of a ride back from one of the stages at Cliffhanger last week with Kris Richter from KJ's in Geelong, he's running an MTQ turbo kit on a stock standard TD42 with the fuel screw on the puimp opened up (not modified at all) and HOLY SHIT did it go! I would say it pulled as almost as hard as the V8 in the truck I was navy-ing in. Once it came on Boost it just pulled like a teenager, I have been umming and ahhing about fitting a kit to mine or dropping a V8 in and after seeing how hard it went first hand I am seriously considering putting the same one of those kits in. It's not a standard kit it had something extra done to the wheel, but a pretty stock kit. If you wanted to talk to him I could get you his number?

Yeah, and I laugh that Mick Ellem is standing there calm as taking pics, his photos of it will be awesome as Kris had about eight goes at it and we were egging him on! :twisted:
