Auto-lockers dont always unlock at the right time. To be correct a auto locker si really an auto unlocker, as it is locked till there is sufficient resistance at both wheels to allow it to cam over its teeth, I.E. when on a hard surface like tarmac. When on wheel has low traction and one high traction, it stays locked. Search te internet, there is eleventy billion articles on how they work.

Mine (lock rites) have been awsome! Have them front and rear and they arn't very noisey at all!

I know a bloke who has one in a jeep wrangler and has snapped a pin or something but it cost like $9 to fix or something! :cool:

There has to be a weak bit or it will snap axels and stuff i gueese!

The only thing is i did a hub and bearings but i don't know if thats reallted to the lockers!
