ok, sounds like your stuffed, unless he was set up as sole trader (in that case you can go after him personally) you have little chance, if it is set up as P\L or other structure he will have had say 10 shares at $1 each meaning the total liability he has to the company debts(excpet where a directors garuntee is suplied) is $10 in total, all assests will have being sold, the lquidators will have prolly taken most of the funds to pay for there services and the remaining creditors will be paid based on how much is owed and what funds are available

by the sounds of it you have very litle chance of getting anything

I *think* he set it up as sole operator. other people that have pursued this through fair trade have been told they can go after him personally.

the stock wasn't "siezed". basically his landlord offered him a $$$ amount to leave all the stock and the hoist in the workshop when the lease expired. the landlord then sent most of it to the scrap yard. the nissan donk that is spoken about here was still in the factory, with a "buy it now" price of 500 bucks (last time i went there 2 months ago). along with some of the easier to shift items.

I got parts from Brad last year for my MQ Patrol.

While it took awhile to get the parts that wasn't what pissed me off. I piad for used parts yes but things like the mirrors were barely useable. Mirrors broekn, housing for mirrors rotten out with holes in them the size of my palm. Rear window struts just as shot and toasted as ones I already had. And I paid decent cash for these parts.

I guess this is old news though...but that is my vent. :x
