it aint that hard
Yes I'm for real. Since when it it a crime to have an opinion? :bad-words: :bad-words:

It's the 21st century in case you haven't noticed and ARB could benefit from this. But it's fine if you still want to run around with your head up your ass and still think it's the 80s.
i am not the dreamer with my head up my ass that cant afford to buy junk for my car without financing something as minor as a locker .
in store finance is a trap as retailers then have you over a barrel because
people are stupid enough to believe they re still going to get a good deal
instead you end up paying full retail + associated charges that go with it that are hidden in the price and if the contract isnt payed out and the end of the term the consumer cops 25-30 percent interest charges .

i have worked in retail establishments that offer these "INTEREST FREE TERMS " or " BUY NOW PAY LATER " options for customers and there is always a catch .

apparently consumers of the 21st century are not as smart as consumers in the 80s were .

Where did I say I needed finance to pay for ARB lockers? You are way off the mark there buddy. I have an air locker for sale if intersted BTW

It was purely a suggestion for ARB to help the battlers that you wanted to attack and suggest we get a life. I can only imagine how many sales you lost as a check out chick with an attitude like yours or is this attitude only appear when your hiding behind your keyboard??

Cheers Mick.

It was always going there, it has ARB in it's title, that ensured all the blind ARB supporters would get involved, I wonder if they all have their ARB shirts and wear them whenever they take their 4WD out?

It never had any tech value so should have been placed in GCC, actually that's where it should be placed now, where it belongs.

Cheers

As someone else has already stated bank loans are a PIA for anything smaller than a car, I can walk into a shop and walk out with anything up to our limit after about 10 mins of paperwork.

Cheers
only paying a bit extra? That is a dumbarse statement right there.

Your paying ALL the interest you would pay with a bank loan(and then some), in the inflated price you have paid for the product.

You think the financiers behind these schemes are working to a smaller profit than a bank loan?

Bank loans are easy. I got my loan over the net. Didnt have to go to the bank, it was approved in 3 days.

Jesus Christ. Dont slam Mick about making the suggestion that ARB might work out something with finance to get more people onto their product................IT WAS ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reguardless of how many wankers here get on their high horse and reckon they are always right its factthat a set up like that would ultimately sell more lockers.
It is all ok to say "save up and buy it later you low class shit" as is what is being said here , but the fact is the average family bloke is going to have some issues getting a couple of grand together up front to spend on some lockers.
If they can even afford it now days with the growing costs of raising a family , try and get it past the minister of finance when there is a cheaper option available.......................good luck.
Most people can afford to pay stuff off when they have to and it is a avanue ARB seriously needs to look at to get more of their product doing the rounds.
Its even easier to sneak a $25 a week payment past the minister of finance then to save up and slip a couple of grand away.
Its not about how good someone is because they can or cannot afford to buy a locker up front , its the fact ARB has an issue here with the cheap knock offs that will ultimately affect their name and they need to do something constructive to kill this issue. Someone who buys teh cheap china knock off is never going to say "my busted arse chinese locker blew up and destroyed my diff". They will say "my airlocker blew up and destroyed my diff". What name si the first 99% of people think of when airlocker is mentioned? Just bagging the opposition doesnt work.
So all you people on your high horse bagging the idea have never bought a set of tyres on interest free when they have been on sale????????????????????????
If you are able to haggle you often dont pay that much more for the fact that you are paying them off. A lot of the times its stuff like interest free thats gets people buying stuff they normally would put off and spend the cash elsewhere.
Yeah people over commiting themselves has to a degree caused the screwed up state we are in now days. But also the people who think they are financial geniuses and know all the answers have also caused the issues as well slowing the economy down.
Its not the answer for everyone but it might just work , or are the people having such a spit about the idea that insecure in themselves that they feel superior to others that they have their airlockers because they saved for them and others dont have them..................

There is no point attacking Mick about him supporting the interest free idea , personally I dont think he will ever need it. Take a good look at his truck....................he has spent more on suspension and tyres then most fo you would have spent on your entire truck!!!!!!!!!
