32NB = 42.4mmOD
40NB = 48.3mmOD
1-3/4" dom = 44.45mm

the standard dies are made for NB, but you can get other sizes just more $$$

if you use the 32NB die it will mark and flaten the sides of the tube, but you will have a uniform bend if you use the 40NB die you will kink the tube

you can grind out the edge of the 32NB die to stop it marking, it will also reduce the "crushing" of the tube

Just reading through the thread - seems a lot of people confuse Pipe for Tube.
Also seems a lot of people are using Pipe for cages - when I was always taught tube should be used for structural.
