Hi there ,If you like driving your Vitara and no major problems with it keep it because you my end up with someone else's problems! If it was me I would save my dollars and buy this kit ( check with your engineer first ) http://www.trailtough.com/sidekick.htm

Email them that you need a right hand drive kit
I know it is not a cheap kit plus diffs & engineers on top but if you can do all the work yourself it is a lot cheaper then putting it into the shop
This way you have that Vitara that you love and it is better then the average on on the trails, there will be alot of Vitara driver's envious of you too

Because I believe that a bodylift should use solid spacers for one and unless you really need it, a 3" lift is more involved than a 2" to do. Plus you will probably have problems getting it engineered if you want to go that route.

how hard would it be to engineer the trailtough lift the SAS can it be engineered or should i not bother??

i get what u mean witht the body lift might be to much effort and i dont think i really need it anyway
