Cheapest price i have got on replacement is over $400AU

Hate that these can be found for $120US :bad-words:

as to the Q regarding the Trexus is concerned, A mate of mine has been running them for just over 12 months. they perform quite well off road, and for a std mudder do pretty good in this. The sidewall lugs work very well in ruts and you can pretty much choose your lines. It takes a little bit of playin to get the right pressures as they are very flexi and can be prone to roll off the rims. Don't bother with them if wear is a big consideration and they are getting quite noisy on the black as they wear.
Good performing tyre with great looks but there is probably better value around. My mate reckons he won't get them again.

On the matter of the street legalities... they are DOT approved, but they ARE NOT Speed rated for Australian Standards/Roads. They have an L rating(120km/h) on the majority of sizes and the Standards state an N rating (140km/h) for Recreational Vehicles as a minimum requirement.... the exception is hilux where the placard states an L rating is ok. So legally you can't run them on roads.

Cheers,
Ryano
