Rear main seal leaking is common. but varying degrees.....if the bellhousing is damp but the ground underneath is dry it might still be ok.....heck mines had a drip of oil hanging under it for about 60,000km......but never dripps onto the driveway ;)
Pinions seals are another common droblem. rear is simple to replace but the front is a bit trickier.
When driving listen for diff & gearbox noise.
yep have the stop of oil but has never dripped, have also being meaning to fix the seatbelt thing but i often never have anyone in the passenger seat with me anyway so why bother.

they just don't build them like they used to i guess.

All TJ wranglers only come in coils and it will be the best investment you will make if you purchase one

Be prepaired to use your credit card to make a few adjustments but one you do you won't regret it

because of all the selfish 4wd'ers out there who run 33's & 35's you need to give a stock TJ a 2inch lift to make it keep up ;)

Not ALL TJ's have coils ;)
As for credit cards - helps - but like ANY rig the more you're prepared to do yourself the more you can spend on other items ;)
