Event will be well signposted in the area, including signs off the highway from Nilma & Trafalgar (leaving the highway at Trafalgar is an easier drive with the roads being straighter).

Spectator access Saturday & Sunday.

Lucky door prize - Ridepro Suspension package and Warn Tabor winch on offer.
Demonstration area - safe winching techniques with commentary
- Show & Grime. Meet the competitors and check out their trucks throughout the competition day
- Sponsor exhibits.
- souvenirs
- catering a plenty, cappuccinos, hot dogs, hamburgers, sausages, beef roll, salad rolls, hot chips, dim sims etc etc.

Saturday 6 huge stages some of which are expected to include up to 3 spectacular winches. Stages within 1.5 km of each other. Shuttle bus services to help transport spectators to viewing area's.

Sunday 3 stages - see the mud fly. Compact spectator area to reduce the amount of walking which means you see more of the action.

Visit awwc.org.au for up to date info: maps, links to Baw Baw Shire Council with local accomodation, restaurants etc.

Sorry guys due to a few unneccesary alcohol fuelled incidents last year we feel it is necessary to keep the event alcohol free. This allows mum & dad to be happy to bring the kids. We are also trying to lift the image of the sport to get it onto main stream tv. That is where the money is.... for everyone.
Despite what we think about ourselves, there are plenty of people who like to have a bash at us at every opportunity. Mainstream tv don't want to know us yet because of our 'presentation'. Let's do something for ourselves and show the community what we can do and get the sport the coverage it deserves...

Yep the guys were there and the footage was presented to network 10 but rejected due to presentation. This means crowd, marshal's & competitors too scruffy & comp vehicles were too dirty. Before everyone gets excited about this, that is why it didn't get on so that is what we need to address.

Did you know that in rally driving the vehicles get washed (bucket & sponge) at every service - that is they get washed after most stages

How about the "Warn Wash Bay" or something similar, next to the river somewhere? Whoever the sponsor is provides a pump or 2 to wash down the cars.

Well we will be there in Team Penrite shirts looking as smick as we can to promote our sponsors. As for the crowd shirts and ties please boys

And how about every start and finish gate has a drive through auto wash  or half a dozen hotties in tight tops to soap you down ;)

yeah unfortunately 4wders have a very bad PR image and presentation of these events can go along way to rectifying this by getting onto mainstream media in a positive light. Alchohol at any event is always a bad PR move and translates as hard topromote in a god light. nothing worse than being at an event and there are blokes wondering around at 10am drunk already carrying abag full of tinnies with them, doesn't present very well

WARN wash bay – I LIKE IT!

10 bonus points to Team Penrite :D

I can’t guarantee that I can get you a wash after every stage but I’m working on it.

We have already got the CFA in place to wash cars at the end of the event (blast with high pressure hose) for a gold coin donation. Perhaps they will agree to do one at the end of Saturday as well? I will have to ask.
