I was able to source out and replaced the water pump.
Still need to look for a suitable vacuum assist brake booster.
There are so many for the pajero, but Its not exactly the same
so Im still looking.

After a succesful run of the Pajero, We have to check and
work on small but essential items that need to be addressed.
1. We found out that the handbrake switch is no longer present so
we have to buy a new one.
2. Our 4wd indicator is no longer working. We have checked the wiring
and it was okay. I think we made a minor mistake in the reassembly
of the transfer case that is why it is no longer working. I will have to
schedule a day to open the TC again.
3. The speedometer is no longer working. we eventually found out
that the gear is worn out.
We have to buy a new gear tomorrow, and have it fixed. Also the
alternator light and the oil temperature light is not working.
Argh.... so many small items I need to fix before I can say that the
Pajero is A-okay. I probably need the electrical diagram manual.

My pajero joined the FerozaPH dental mission and family portrait session
for the indigenous community at the foot of Mt Tapulao.
we also gave them photographs
admiring their photos.
Afterwards we went up mt. Tapulao.
This stock Feroza had a hard time navigating this portion of the trail but
made it.
But the suzuki was not lucky. on our way one of the companion rig hit a boulder and damaged his rear propeller shaft.
Take note of the broken rear propeller of the suzuki
The pajero then pulled the suzuki up for the next 4 kms. I realized then that
pulling up a front wheel drive 4x2 vehicle was very difficult.
This is where we camp out. We brought with us some
metal halide lighting
for the indigenous community at the foot of Mt Tapulao.

I think I need a snorkel. Even with the lift due to the SAS
swap, some of the places we go to are deep.
I still need to work on small things to make sure that the paj
is in tip top condition just in time for the town fiesta little
league race this july.
so far this are the things that have been done:
1. Solid axle Swap front and rear - Toyota Dyna truck axles
for the rear with 6.17, Front 40 series axles again with 6.17
2. back metal sheet cover to convert it into a pickup
3. Roll bar and side bars
4. rancho shocks and steering damper
5. Longfield chromoly axles
6. ARB lockers front and rear
7. crawler gears from Marks4WD
8. 9.5k winch
9. safari snorkels - soon.
handling has been perfect lately with the rig
easily running at 110kph even with 35" tires.

One lesson, I really learned from this built is
the importance of choosing your builder.
A builder who is not competent enough will
cause a lot of delays and money to.

After encountering problems during the Sta Ana race due to water ingestion,
we decided to make more water resistant the distributor, ignition coil and the
spark plugs. We also decided to relocated the air intake hose.
