a new ST cab chassis cost $52k before you even start on mods and if you fit the best of everything sometimes twice after you brake it, then it not hard to spent that sort of money,and no i havnt rolled it just lots of damage from driving canyons and creek beds
ahh, that makes sense, i can see 30K in the ute, easily, id heard from someone it was that much no including purchase, but seeings as including purchase 80K is easy. and a very nice ute it is

I dont know how much I've spent & I dont think I want to add it up..
All I know is my rover addicition is keeping me broke..... because
the bloody thing usually ends up broke-n.....
Everything for a rover costs 3 times as much as it does for a yota..

Like some of you guys the wife had some problems with all the time and money I spent on the "other girl" so I had to trade her in.
My new lady is much more understanding and enjoys going out in the Disco too!
Just a word of warning though to anyone who is thinking of trading the mrs in- if you thought your fourby ended up costing you way too much - dont even think about separation!

1993 coil cab gq ute dual fuel 11,500
4 inch EFS suspension with a rear adjustable panard $1240
carby rebuild $300
new gas converter $200
Exedy Safari tuff clutch $1200 fitted
35'' Wrangler mtrs $1000
2'' Body lift $160
starter motor $350
patroldocta tube bar $950
guard chop $50 for inner guard rubber
replace carpet with rubber $70
gu front diff $1500
front and rear arb lockers $2000
compressor $200
first tray was $400 in material
second tray which is a tube tray $550 in material
cheezy done the rear stays $600 which are now scrap metal with the first tray lol
35x11.5x15 simex pedes $900
IPF spotties $250
GME UHF $200
just got turbo kit made up by Joel and james at PGS $4650
converting to strait gas research with an extra 125l gas tank twin converters and bigger lines $3600 which is being fitted on august the 22nd
She goes to panel beaters tomorow for a new paint job (VE commodore green) which i have to make a tube tray in return for getting it done
tuning car, fitting oil lines and dyno $1000
