Micka wrote:What constitutes an "illuminating object"? A torch illuminates. Are torches banned? The headlights on my car also illuminate. Some people like to use glow sticks to help keep track of their kids at night...they illuminate.
Clarification please?
Yes - Illuminating objects that are similiar to the laser pointing objects.
this could have been worded better we grant you but basically meaning objects similiar to laser pointers (that can cause injury).
Hope this helps

This statement made by Rick is incorrect. You can certainly bring your own firewood in with you. You must make sure that it is precut to no more than 1m lengths.
Absolutely no pallets are to be used as firewood due to major hazard with chemicals used in wood and nails.
We will have limited amount of firewood that you can grab around the camp sites but it is only first in best dressed, as it is timber that has fallen and left in the last 12 months around the property. There may be firewood for sale as well, but details are still being finalised.
Fires and having them is still subject to local weather conditions and if the local RFS unit tell us that there is a TOTAL FIRE BAN on the weekend of the event, then sorry no one will be lighting any fires.

It is just pallets that are not allowed.
Sorry if I caused any confusion.
