B-I-G thanx to SAM and to a lesser extent his puny homosexual sidekick, Sean hehehe
B-I-G thanx also to M&M
Can't wait to get it off road and to find out, not if it works but just how good it does work
Greg: Anything higher than standard height is too tall for you hehehe
I'm really happy with the height and the flex. I'll check it with some softer springs at a later date but I think how it is now is perfect in regards to flex/stability/balance
What kinda coils are you using? I think somewhere Sam said they are 200lb/ft? I have a set of new Kings 65 ID, 14" free height, 175lb/ft coils. I am after a set of 200s for my zook, if yours are same free height & dia mebbe we can do a swap
Yes our springs are the same dimensions as yours. I have two spare if you want to give them a try. I did have four until Mick pinched 2 today for the rear of his ZOOK.
Greg yes that is everything except tyres later he will change the front shocks.

Kit is finished now just has to be tested and then it will become available.
Looking at getting all the parts laser cut to keeop cost down so when I have price from them i can work out the price of the kit.

Drove it about 80km this weekend. Was all over the place initially but found out it was toeing out a fair bit so gave it some toe in and it is MUCH better. Still need to move the panhard rod mount higher but overall it drives really well. It has a bit of body roll (about the same as a SPOA)
I think anyone running this kit would be wise to run adjustable shocks all round (I only have them in the rear)

The Zuk had it's maiden off road excursion last weekend and I'm very impressed. It drove up a section that no other Zuk got up (hehehe)
Hardly lift a wheel all night. Gonna drop the ride height down a couple of inches and take it out again....
GREAT bang for the bucks!!!!!!

MJ ..Thats some nice flex on the wheelbarrow .. how does it go in rocks .. ??
I to would be keen to know what sort of $$$ the coil front is ... and what the possability is of getting an engineers cert on it ...
(At least with my SPOA i can swap back to SPUA in a few hours to get a canary off it)

Dropped the rear ride height 60mm tonight and it made the world of difference. Car is heaps more stable on the road. Also dropped the suspension into the centre of the shocks travel so wheel travel has improved.
GF should be able to get in it easier too hehehe
Will be dropping the front ride height tomorrow

Neither. Moved the top spring mounts higher on the chassis

Dropped the front an inch and a half and the difference is night and day. Drives a billion times better. Development of the kit is nearing completion. Mine now has over 1000Kms and no problems. Gonna change the top front mount and that should be it
