Outer Limits 4x4 Board

G'day all hows it going,

I'm looking at a GQ shorty with bad rust in the roof, passenger side is gone, and maybe 1/4 of the drivers side and some patches above the rear doors. I'm gonna call around chasing a whole roof or sections of, so i want to know if the older patrols MQ/Mk roofs can be swapped over or even if i can take side sections (from the gutter going up the angled bit most of the way to the flat roof) for rust repairs. Anyone have anyidea on the cost of this kind of stuff, minus painting

mq has 1 less rib in the roof im lead to beleive

would it be worth changing the whole cab ?

if the roof rusted thru , then what are the turrets like inside and other places that cant be seen till the rust appears
