TB48 ECU management

Does anyone know of a software and hardware kit that allows to reprogramme the Patrol TB48E ECU. Initially just to reset the software, copy from other models etc etc.
Also what are the main ECU upgrade companies out there, Motec, Unichip etc. This is for a mechanic buddy of mine who does modifcations in the Middle East, turbos superchargers, GQs pushing 700BHP plus!

sorry but havent seen any flashers/programmers for the 4.8. But do you have any pics of these 700bhp GQ's?
