Maybe he thought that you had the fore thought to look at their website instead of blindly asking about stuff. I've seen first hand some of the idiots that speak to them and I can understand their reaction when you send back an email like that. They misunderstood you and you sent back an abusive email instead of just correcting them. No wonder they treated you like an idiot. They are very professional and if you had of spoken with them you may have been able to chat to them about getting one manufactured for you. You didn't give them a chance to respond properly. Wake up to yourself.udm wrote:Try not to use email, they are very unprofesional. This is my experience with them (start from the bottom)

Fernando is the owner of 3rd's and he does most of his business for comercial companies and does the 3rd's production stuff on the side as he is a keen 4wheeler so he is a very busy person. It's a small work shop in Sydney, not a big manufacturing plant. I don't have his number on me at the moment but I'll send you his mobile and you can talk to him direct.Dak wrote:Any one have any luck contacting these guys?
