Outer Limits 4x4 Board

sierra 1600 conversion..
1300 starter, grinded abit off the side where it rubs on block, put it in, 3 days later it started making noises starting.. soon enough it didnt start, took it out, grindinded more off put it back in same problem...
starter must be stuffed...

do i buy a vitara starter... or reco my sierra one.....

if i buy a 1.6 starter will i need to grind it at all ? or will it bolt up straight...

Any help about this would be great...

dont know how much this will help you but i got an old sierra starter and a new swift one of Nicbeer and swapped the internals from the newer swift motor into the sierra housing.. worked a treat.

How have u done the conversion between block+box

when u say didnt start- meaning no starter noise or noise but not turning motor over?

i would say go the 1.6 starter. there is 2 versions i think
