Hey fella's,
after looking at this thread: http://www.outerlimits4x4.com/viewtopic.php?t=99961 and coming to the conclusion that I will need to replace this.. I am going to attempt this on the weekend..
found a non-genuine part for $40 and my mechanic reckons its something i could do.. ie, just undo 4 screw's and your there..
just wondering if anyone has done this and can offer some tips. I'm a little cautious fiddling with my injector pump for the first time and would like as much info as I can get prior to getting in there..
based on this manual extract (c/o birfield.com) it appears pretty straightforward.. i'm just worried i'll undo the screws and have something fall out on me or not be able to access something..
When i rang toyota parts dept to get a cost on the geniune part they mentioned that there is NO O-ring required as per the 2h.. the dude reckons part of the diaphragm is used to seal the housing..
any feedback is appreciated!!
